From casual eateries to fancy drink spots, there’re plenty here to fill your day

Looking to have a full day out? Conveniently located near Esplanade and City Hall MRT stations, South Beach Avenue is an enclave of restaurants, bars, salons and more that will easily have you hopping from one venue to another as you dine and drink till your heart’s content.

Start your day at Hairpage Underground, a modern salon offering styling, curling, colours and cuts. Then hop over to neighbouring Fasta for a quick bite – their gooey-good Char Siew Mee will not disappoint. There’s popular Vatos Urban Tacos too, a Korean Tex-Mex haven that beckons you to leave your diet plans for later.

Over at Fynn’s, feast on casual modern Australian fare that are good for your body too. Upstairs, the elegant Lady M may need no introduction, but it’ll be remiss not to have their Signature Mille paired with a glass of white.

Then head to Harry’s for your first tipple of the night. We’d recommend the beautiful in blue Harry’s 1992 for something that fun and delicious, before ending the evening at Quaich Bar, an elegant whisky establishment with a collection that can form any flight that tickles your fancy.
